Hyndman Services is a complete warranty claims service provider to construction and agricultural dealers. We specialize in helping dealers maximize their warranty recovery rates using knowledge, process improvement, and collaboration. Manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures are constantly being upgraded and improved upon requiring continual monitoring. Specializing in warranty allows us to stay on top of these changes so we ensure our processes are within policy guidelines.

Hyndman Services was the pioneer of warranty service providers in the construction equipment industry. Started in May 2004, we were the first company to offer professional warranty services to construction equipment dealers. We quickly expanded to include agricultural equipment and other manufacturer’s equipment lines as well. With over 20 years’ experience including 4 years as a claims analyst for a major manufacturer, we can handle everything.

Consultation

All of our services begin with a consultation to determine what level of service will provide the maximum benefit for your dealership. We discuss current issues you may be facing regarding warranty and what improvements you seek to customize our service to fit your needs. 

Claim Submissions

We work with dealers to develop a work order process that includes the basic required information and prepare the claim for submission. Our service includes claim follow up to ensure claim is paid in full and dealer is notified of any part return requests. 

Warranty Reconciliations

We provide a monthly spreadsheet listing all the claims we have submitted on the dealers behalf and the payment amount received. Any discrepancies are noted with the reason for the difference. 

 

On-Site Pre-Audit Preparation Service

In the event a dealer is being audited, we can come to your location and review every claim submitted during the audit period. We check for proper document retention and adherence to warranty policy. We also provide recommendations for process improvement. 

Fill-In Services

If your current warranty administrator is out for an extended absence such as having surgery or maternity leave, we can fill in the gap by providing claim submission services in the interim. This prevents late claim submissions and the need to request date waivers.
